Katie and Crystal are both outstanding therapists. Their knowledge of techniques designed to alleviate discomfort and give me back some of my Independence has been wonderful. I love when I have Gloria and Rachel as my nurses. They check on me all the time and make sure I am comfortable and they always have a smile on their face.
My goal is to be able to do as much for myself as possible and be able to move to an assisted living facility in the near future. I feel like at the rate I am Improving and with the help of these therapists, I will be able to meet that goal very shortly. I’ve already improved so much.

Rachel Edwards was admitted with PMHx of Fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression and chronic pain. She was recently admitted to the hospital due to frequent falls and lived at home with family prior to recent admission to hospital.
On evaluation, Ms. Edwards was dependent for bed mobility, transfers and all self care. With the skilled intervention of Physical and Occupational Therapy, Ms. Edwards now only requires minimal assist for self-care and minimal/moderate assist for transfers and bed mobility with no complaints of pain. Ms. Edwards continues with Physical and Occupational Therapy to work towards reaching maximum potential.
